A brief overview of the mobile-enabled version of CorasWorks' Help Desk application for SharePoint. The CorasWorks Help Desk v1.3 provides a robust end-to-end process for managing help desk requests across your organization within a SharePoint environment. It allows you to capture Help Desk requests, track their status and drive the process with automated tasks and email notifications. It includes the ability to distribute end-user Snaplets allowing users to enter and track their requests where they work, and thus, reducing the call, email, and data entry burden of Help Desk engineers. In v1.3, the Help Desk is mobile enabled allowing users to see help desk tickets and enter new tickets on their mobile phone.
