2002 Installed and piloted v1 at the Bristol Head Office, which employs over 200 production, 200 support and 100 design staff.
2003 Installed and piloted v2 SharePoint Portal Server in Aberdeen for European Operations, covering over 2000 staff in UK, Norway and Africa, comprising top level areas for Regional QHSE, IT, Sales & Marketing, Contracts, and HR, also created over 30 departmental WSS sites and subsites at the Bristol Office, plus Regional Bids & Tenders and subsea Project sites, to enable business process automation a third party workflow solution was added (Nintex Smart Library). Conducted individual training sessions targeted at Managers, Administrators and Users.
2006 Joined the Global Communications Team to pilot SharePoint Portal Servers in Singapore and Houston, and after successful tests and trials in Singapore installed SharePoint Portal Server in Houston, for worldwide and regional subsea operations, covering over 5000 staff in America, Europe/Africa and Middle East/Asia, each were further broken down by countries and locations. AvePoint Backup and Restore installed and administered in Houston
2008 MOSS installed at the USA Head Office (Houston), and subseqently began migration of SPS 2003, later created project extranet for client collaboration, adding customer accounts to Active Directory, further training sessions created, Nintex workflow package upgraded to 2007.
2009 Primary administrator of the MOSS installation in Houston and over 300 intranet/extranet sites, creation and access now via bespoke helpdesk workflow and day to day training via Webex or classroom. also trialing alternative Backup/Restore and Migration solution (Quest Software).
2010 - Current
Cradle to grave virtual MOSS installation - windows server 2008/SQL2008, for Suffolk NHS, setup, design and training and documentation.
