XSLT on SP list data

  Asked By: Amie    Date: Nov 03    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 1228

I've had some success applying my custom XSLT 1.0 to SP list data, but I cannot
figure the following out.

I am trying the recursive transform of attribs to elements by Tennison P120 or
Mangano P175 using XML Notepad 2007 for my experiments. I get same result using
IE6 also.

A couple of rows of input look like
=================================
<dsQueryResponse>
<Rows>
<Row GroupAssigned="CRA" Source="Other" Status="TBD" FW="14" FM="JUL" FQ="2"
FY="10" />
<Row GroupAssigned="HR" Source="Other" Status="Accept" FW="14" FM="JUL"
FQ="2" FY="10" />
================================

The output I am getting looks like
==================================
CRA Other TBD 14 JUL 2 10 HR Other Accept 14 JUL 2 10 CRA EC_MailBox Accept 9
JUN 1 10 CRA EC_MailBox TBD 9 JUN 1 10 HR EC_MailBox Accept 9 JUN 1 10 CRA Other
VettedOut 9 JUN 1 10 CRA EC_MailBox Accept 12 JUN 1 10 HR Other Accept 9 JUN 1
10 CRA Other Accept 9 JUN 1 10 CRA EC_MailBox VettedOut 9 JUN 1 10 CRA
AltertLine Accept 9 JUN 1 10 HR AltertLine VettedOut 9 JUN 1 10 Legal EC_MailBox
VettedOut 9 JUN 1 10 Legal Other Accept 9 JUN 1 10
==================================
with no element tags or separation, just a long string of attributes & their
values. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Or maybe, the <xsl:element
.....> doesn't work properly for IE6?
