XmlWebPart Connections...

Asked By: Palash    Date: Mar 25    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 562

I am trying to create a connectable XMLWebPart. This will require two
different links (xml links and xsl links) in order to display the
webpart. I was wondering whether I should implement one IRowConsumer
or two ICellConsumer interface?

What version of SharePoint are you using? Are you aware that there is a
built-in XML web part for 2003 accessible from FrontPage 2003 that includes
everything you need for connections?

I am using SharePoint 2.0 only. What I want to do is..I will have one webpart
(e.g Shared Documents) which will provide XML link as connection and some other
WebPart which will provide XSL link as connection. I tried with Front Page 2003
before but since it didn't work, I thought of using visual studio.net for the
same.
