WSS v2 - Delete list from command line

I have been searching for a solution, but coming up with nothing. The issue
I'm trying to resolve is deleting a list that has over 170,000. This list is
no longer being used, and is taking up a large amount of space.

Is there a command I can run, or console app that will allow me to delete an
entire list?
