WSS 3.0 Multiple Announcements in one site Alerts not working

I don't believe that anyone else has had this problem yet. I have 3
announcements all on the same site all setup to do Alerts whenever a new
announcement is posted. My first one of the three works fine, but the
other two never send out an alert. Anyone have any ideas what might be
stopping this, or how to troubleshoot it?
