Cannot See wss 2 list template in wss v3

I had some templates in v2 so i uploaded in v3 but i cannot see them

V2 templates  are not at all usable with V3. However MS seems to have a
beta program that you can participate in for template  migration you
might want to check out

Looks like the final release is out
