Some My Calendar web parts in users My Sites are showing incorrect
times for appointments. The times are 1 hour off. The problem is only
affecting a small number of users in the eastern time zone.

The users OWA and Outlook calendars both agree on the time, so the
conclusion is that the web part display is incorrect.

I have verified that time zone settings in Outlook and the users
Control panel and the My Site Settings are set correctly.

Because the problem appears to be only affecting a small number of
users, we have concluded that it isn't a server problem. If it were,
more people would have reported it. The problem appears to be related
to the users profile because we had a user that exhibited the problem
log onto a workstation that was NOT exhibiting the problem and the
display was still incorrect.

Anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know where the My Calendar
WP gets its Time Zone settings?
