Writing the floor plan in MOSS 2007

I like to create the floor plan in MOSS 2007. Any idea on how to do this? One
approach is to create it in Visio 2007 and upload Visio in SharePoint as web
page. But I believe the client should have Visio viewer. Besides the challenge
is I like to pass the query string of employee id so that when I pass the
employee id the location of employee gets highlighted for that employee.
Does Visio has the ability to get the parameter?
Any third party software is available?
