What would you do?

We have an sbs2003 sp1 server that runs sharepoint which our company
must have to use..

Do to hardware I am having to move sbs2003 to new hardware. I am
planning on useing swing migration method for this.

But we are approaching the 75 user limit and want to get out of the
SBS portion and into a regular so-called environment. I have seen
the transition pack that allows you to do this but our main thing is
we want to keep sharepoint as well as the remote access portion.

From my reading i have found that the new w2k3 R2 now has sharepoint
services included.

with that should i

A:swing the sbs over to new hardware then purchase transition pack
B:purchase transition pack and then migrate to the new server
C:With new server it comes with w2k3 r2. Just purchase exchange 2k3
standard 600$ and migrate sbs to new server.
C: another method that I dont know about and that you can elaborate
on.

Also with just w2k3 i thought sharepoint used SQL. Would i have to
purchase SQL as well?
