Workflow help

I am beginner in sharepoint.
And i want to do a workflow to o this,

assign a documet to 2 persone for approve at the same time.

If one person approved and anothe one rejected this will make an action.
If tow person approved this will make another action.
If one person rejected this will make another action.


please help me how can i do that.

You can create Custom Workflow from Sharepoint Designer.

I Know That i can do it by sharepoint  designer.

But I am try and cant do what i need.

If anyone can tell me steps, This will be good.

I recommend that you learn about Windows workflow  Foundation before
developing custom workflows for sharepoint  in Visual Studio which is
relatively easy (compared to learning about Windows Workflow
Foundation).

Lots of resources on the web already, inc. MSDN. Also search for 'How
to WWF in SharePoint'. Get a good book if you can.

If you are using Standard Edition of MOSS then remember that InfoPath
forms services is not available so you'll need to create ASPX forms
instead.
