We have a problem with alert and workflow emails. The URLs in the
email messages are being mangled by a higher level mail server because
they are in HTML format. When the higher level mail server 'sees' an
'<A Href=' tag it changes the protocol of the url to
blockedhttp://.... breaking the ability to click on the link. I have
been able to create a custom alertstemplates.xml and use that to strip
out '<a href=....</a>' tags leaving just the URL which then renders
properly in Outlook. This works with normal alerts but I can't find
what to change for Workfow emails.
