I created a simple parallel workflow (out of the box) on a document library. 2 questions:
1) I added myself as an approver as well as the person who gets notified whenever the workflow is initiated.
Problem - I get the email notifying me when the workflow is intiated, but I don;t get a request to approve the document.
2) I added 3 other people as approvers in this workflow. The document is an Excel file. When the file is openned from the email, one of these three is able to see an option on top part of excel file to approve the document, while the other 2 do not see that option.
