I'm working in SharePoint portal 2003. My portal has 8 top level
areas that are visible in the top navigation bar. I've added a 9th
area which displays fine for the top level area page. The last
character of the area name lines up below the first "t" in Settings -
no page scrolling. However, when I navigate to a sub-area under this
area, the pages all scroll - even those without any content.
I know that if you have too many topics in the top navigation the page
will scroll, but can anyone provide any insight as to what would cause
my sub-area pages to scroll when the parent area page does not?
