What's involved in moving Sharepoint Portal Server Databases include

I need to move Sharepoint Portal Server Databases from one Sql Server to
another.
What all tasks can any of you suggest I need to carry out, other than
moving the following databases:

- SPS 01_Config_db
- MTC_Prof, MTC_SERV, MTC_Site
- SYS_PROF, SYS_SERV, SYS_SITE
