Can you use WF release when updating Beta2 to Beta2 Refresh to Release

Guess we stalled too long on doing this. Going through the
instructions to update from Beta 2 to Beta 2 Refresh (on the way to
the released version), it tells you to install the .NET 3.0 Framework
Release Candidate (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyId=19E21845-F5E3-4387-95FF-66788825C1AF&displaylang=en) which is
apparently no longer available. Can I install the released version
instead for this case? If not, is there a location from which to load
the release candidate version?
