Webpart only visible for coordinator/autors ... ?

I like to have, that a webpart is only visible on the dashboard for
coordinator/autors. Does anybody know howto?

I think, you must go to the folder where the webpart  was added and, on files
of webpart modify access.

At an MS conference, the developers stated that using permission on the web
parts or dashboards is not the best way to control this. Look at this link to
the forums for some post on the subject. Hope it helps.
