If you are writing your own web parts its pretty easy. Take a look at the
following article for an overview:

msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms178187.aspx

and this one for some sample code:

msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/cc188696.aspx#S2

There is something called cross page webpart  connection.this can be achieved
thru sharepoint designer.

You might also look at the Filter webparts  available from the SharePoint
browser UI.

The web part has to be a SharePoint webpart  (not ASP.net web part) and support
connections before you can create a cross page  connection. If the webpart isn't
designed to accept connections your only recourse is to create a custom web
part.
