Webpart for managing user profile

Does anybody know of a webpart that will allow the user to do the
following?

1. change password (in Active Directory)
2. modify profile attributes (email, phone, etc.)
3. reset password

I realize that there are other ways to get this job done, but I want to
know specifically if there are free/commercial webparts for this.

Free? Not sure if i know any that are free but I am currently using
Password Manager from DotNetFactory. This will assist you with items
1 and 3 in your criteria. Cant help you with number 2.

There are third party web parts to change password etc. in AD. Here is one.
