Web Server is busy ERRORS PLS HELP ???

Whenever i try to upload a document i get the below error message?
Form Validation Error, Please correct the information you provided by following these steps, then submit the information again:
Web server is busy. Please try again.

I am also getting the <!--Render Failed--> for some document libraries.

Can anyone please post me a solution

Sounds like you need to either reinstall your farm or call PSS.
