Has anyone faced this problem

I am in Sharepoint Portal

I go to sites section and click on create site and select "Basic
Meeting Workspace" as the template

The site is created

Click on "Modify This Workspace" and select "Add Web PArt"

In Add Web Parts, click on the dropdown of "Create List" and
select "Browse"

The web parts list that I see has listing of 5 web parts which have
label "Untitled"

If I try and drag these untitled web part on the page, an error is
displayed.

I have two seperate installations of shrepoint and see this problem
in both of them.

Now If I create another Meeting workspace at one level below this I
see the list of webparts properly labeled and the parts work when
dropeed on web part page.

The web parts that seem to be in the "Untitled" list are

Content Editor Web Part
Form Web Part
Image Web Part
Members
Page Viewer Web Part
XML Web Part

Please let me know if there is any possible solution to this.
