Web Parts : RSS Feed

I am a newbie to sharepoint I am currently struck up with

(1)Creating webpart that should be able to add several tabs to it and
each tab should be attached to a different RSS feed.
(2) Corresponding Rss feed should be viewable when user click on tabs.

Anyhelp would be appreciable. Also suggest me if it needs any coding.

Even I have the similar requirements...Any solutions??

For the tab  control, I found one webpart  in codeplex but that is Alfa version
and didnt helped much (RARA.TabControl.UsingASPNETcontrols_ALFArelease ).

Please let me know, if any other solution available.
