Add new Web Part Zone

I can't figure out how to add a new web part zone
to my sharepoint team site home page within Frontpage. I figured out
how to delete them but I don't know how to add a new one. I could
probably go into the code and do it but I figured there would be a gui
way to do it to prevent a typo.

I hate when I
know exactly what I want to do but i can't figure  out how to do it or
any documentation on how to do it.
