Web Part Registration Error

We are have successfully launched SharePoint 2003. We are receiving the following error as we attempt to add a Web Part under the "Virtual Server Gallery":

"A Web Part or Web Form Control on this Web Part cannot be displayed or imported because it is not registered on this site as safe"

I have checked out support.micosoft.com with little luck. Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated
