Web Part Drag and Drop Problem

I have lost the ability to drag and drop web parts in edit mode via Internet
Explorer. I was following a tutorial using some JavaScript on an editor web
part. I have since deleted the code however I cannot move any web parts on
any site on my farm. Anyone run across this before?
