Web page viewer web part

Is it possible to open the specified web page in a new browser
(_blank) using the web page viewer web part? The web page I am
asking to view within sharepoint 2003 requires cookies and has a
secondary authentication aswell as sharepoint log-in. This is
causing errors. We are hoping to integrate everything with our LDAP
server so one log-in is only required for all areas.

As a temporary measure, it would be handy having the web page within
sharepoint 2003 opening in a new browser.
