We are using Sharepoint on WSS 3.0 SP2 server with MOSS 2007 SP2 on top of that. We have a Pages Library that contains .htm files. To edit these files, we select "Edit in Microsoft Office Word" and it will then open the file in Word 07. We make our changes and then resave the file back into the Pages Library as an .htm file. When we are saving back into the Sharepoint Pages Library, a "Web File Properties" dialaog box opens displaying certain metadata fields. However, the problem is that this box displays extra fields than what we have chosen for that particular content type. For instance, it contains "Contact" and "Contact Picture" even though I have hidden these fields in the Content Type settings. How can I configure what appears in the "Web File Properties" dialog to remove these fields?
