Do you mean, will MOSS WCM comply?

Isn't a section  508 what Klinger was always looking for?

Eventually we are going to launch public website using WSS so I am guessing
it's WCM to answer your question. I am trying to find information if WSS/WCM
is going to have accessibility  in regards to section  508.

I'll see what I can find out.

Let me see if I can answer this way...

The WCM read-only experience is not going to be fully 508 compliant from the
best of my knowledge. In addition, it's not fully XHTML compliant. Accessibility
is still an issue with WSS v3 & MOSS 2007 unfortunately... my biggest complaint
about this version :(

I think you can use the new CSS Control Adapters and it will move you a long way
towards section  508 compliance, but not all the way unfortunately.
