Virtual directories not replicating on all WFE's in farm

We upgraded our SQL cluster and readded it to a farm that has 3 WFE's
(one with index/central admin) and a SSRS box. From central admin, the
farm looks fine, with all the machines listed and all services accounted
for. For some reason, though, when a new web app/site collection is
added, the corresponding iis virtual directories are only added to the
index/central admin machine. Any ideas why that might happen?

I agree I hate it when groups get flooded with ads, but I would
say that this one would be in the grey area to me, I want to thank Andy because
his demo templates have gave me some good ideas for upcoming projects I have to
demo some out of the box stuff. Maybe next time Andy word it differently so your
perception is not that of a salesman but of one trying to show some creative
ideas you/company have come up with. And leave the sales pitch on your site not
in the group.
