Viewing Who Approved a Document

Asked By: Eliseo    Date: Apr 29    Category: MOSS    Views: 1004

We are using MOSS 2007 Enterprise and have deployed up to the December CU.

For one of the document management projects we are taking on with SharePoint, we want to allow Contnet Approval. The plan is to use the OOTB contnet approval feature by turning it on at the library level (Doc Lib Settings > Versioning Settings > Require Contnet Approval = Yes). So we enabled the approval and it is working as planned. But I am not able to figure out a way to see who has approved the documents. When a file is approved, it does not track in the "Modified By" field who did it.

So where is the approval information tracked and how can I view it per document? There is not a column that I can add through the view modification screen.
