my company is planning to launch Sharepoint as our document production
environment. We will create several sites with many different document
libraries, for the document production phase. When the documents are
approved we will direct them to a Records center.
However, we would need to see what documents are stored in the Records
center in other sites. For instance, in a site regarding a specific
project (Project number will be a crucial metadata)we will need to se
both the document library for the project but also documents regarding
the project in the Records center - to see both historical, approved
documents as well as the documents in production.
Do anyone know if this is possible?
