New version of IIS Lockdown Tool

Thought people might be interested to know that version 2.1 of the IIS
Lockdown Tool is now available:

microsoft.com/.../
tools/tools/locktool.asp

(If the URL wraps, then you'll need to resort to good old copy and paste)

I've just noticed that the link given on the TechNet page to get to the
setup file is incorrect.
