V2 Installation problem

This is the 3rd time I've tried to install v2 portal server and all
three times I've got the same message. (Portal creation failed. Please
see the portal creation log for more details) below is the log file that
the message refers to. The server that I am working with only has
Server 2003 loaded. The server is not part of any domain it's not
hooked up to the network. All three times I formatted the hard drive
and reinstall server 2003 because I was having trouble uninstalling
SharePoint.
