How the user can reset the password

Hi All,
I am new to sharepoint, i want to know how to add changeuserpassword web part , whether it is available by default in 2010, or we need to configure for that , if so please tell me how .

and also want to know whether sharepoint 2010 is different from MOSS.

Hi,
Go to the site actions option on your right,then go to people and reset your password..
