User profile property mapping

Does anyone know the user profile mapping property that can be used to import groupmemberships for the user?

Also, I want to run some code to manipulate user profiles after the User-profile import is complete. What would be the best way to do this in MOSS 2007?
In the older version, we had a job running everynight to do this. Any suggestions??
