User is not adding to a group through coding after it is deleted manually

I have added an user to a group through coding.

Now i am deleting that particular user manually.

If i try to add the same user through coding again, it is not getting added.

This scenario is something like its not getting added through code, once after i deleted the user manually.

Pls suggest.
