I think I've seen something about this before but have searched the archives
with no luck. We have a user whose AD account got corrupted and their
account was deleted from AD and then recreated. After that they could no
longer access the their office team site under our portal. They kept getting
access denied. We deleteed their account from the users for the team site
and tried to add them back and we got this error:
Can not add the user because a user with that name already exists.
We deleted the user account from the portal user profile database and still
no luck. The Reader Group for the site contains the AD Group for all our
Domain Users. Could that be causing the problem?
