We are having an issue with users not receiving alerts on lists anddocument libraries however if the user generates a new alerts theyreceive the confirmation email from the system. I have gone through thetrouble shooting outlined in this web site:msmvps.com/.../how-to-troubleshoot-alerts-in-wss-3-0-moss.aspx however nothing seems to have changed. Thereare no errors coming up in the event logs, and I'm not seeing anythingjump out at me. Is there something else I can look into?
Also here's more info that may be the culprit. When I run the SQL querySelect * from timerlock I am returning that the ID 1 LockedBy *ServerName* LockedTime 2009-10-07 15:15:980Should there be a lock?
