I have a form for all users to complete and save (I have used SPD
button action to take the user back to main page when saving the

QUESTION: I don't want users to have access to the Office Supply Site
but I want them to have access to complete the form (the form and list
reside in the Office Supply site). Currently when testing this form I
get Access Denied...

What would be a good workaround this issue?

You can certainly grant access  to only the list and not to the site. Is
that your question?

Yes this is my question, I will create a new group call it
ORDERS ONLY, give them member rights only on this list, I find when
testing this the user  then sees the Office Supply tab and can access
the tab and see other lists - but I will try this again.

The see the tab and other lists because they have "Limited Access"
rights in those locations. Although they can see the existence of the
lists they won't be able to see or do anything outside the list. They
will be able to see the list and the site, but everything except the
list they have access  to will appear to be empty.

They will see the site  name and tab as they have "limited access" to the
site. I believe that they may also see lists/sites that they don't have
access to in the Quick Launch bar (can't remember exactly what the issue
is). But if they attempt to click on any of those lists/sites they
should get the access  Denied page.
