Useful Sharepoint Designer Custom Workflow Activities

I thought that I could create a list that replicates one I want to
archive using a template made from the original list, I cannot do
that including the data as the size is too large (over 10 MG).

I tried to creat a duplicate list with an empty template then export
original data in a spreadsheet and then paste it in a datasheet view
of a list made with a template without data, but got an error about
the cells that I was trying to paste into had a read only

So, I just downloaded UnclePaul's Useful Sharepoint Designer Custom
Workflow Activities from codeplex because among th etools is a great
SPD action that lets you copy data from one list to anither. I
installed and activated them in our test env. (Tip: you must activate
the feature in the correct application pool), and am trying to use
the one that copies list items from one list to a list on any other
site. I love the concept and have a real need to do this for
archiving stuff, but am stuck.

I used to remember how to get the list name and I thought I had it
with just the GUID. But if you are trying to copy something into a
list at http://mysite as a list by the name of guid what is the
proper syntax for the list name?
