Usage reports and audit logs empty

Both my site usage reports and audit logs contain no data. Both items
are checked on my Advanced Usage Anaylsis Processing screen in SSA and
the reporting feature is turned on.

Is there anything else I need to do for the usage reports and audit
logs to work?

Usage needs to be turned on both in Central Administration and the Shared
Service Provider.
