URLs not working

I have the following URLs working:

http://<Computer Name>/<workspace name>
https://<Computer Name>/<workspace name>
http://<FQDN>/<workspace name>

But this one does not work:

https://<FQDN>/<workspace name>

Anybody have any suggestions/thoughts as to explain what
might be happening here?
