In our current portal (V1) we used the web link mod to allow users to add links in folders to other files, intranet sites, etc. In the new portal the document libraries seem to be just that, libraries for documents and you would use a list to handle links. The trouble is that we're kind of set in our ways on having a folder with a link (especially ones that point to HOWTOs as they relate to content for that folder). Is there a way to create just a link in a document library now or do we have to change our processes? Thanks.
