Uploading set of files

Asked By: Roland Hammond         Date: Mar 13, 2010      Category: Sharepoint      Views: 218

I have a situation where I have saved a PPT as HTML page (Complete).
So, the related files are stored in the ppt_files sub-folder.

How do I update this whole set to a sharepoint site alongwith the
ppt_files folder?

One way is to save it as Web Archive (.mht file) and upload this single
file.
Is there any solution on SharePoint to upload the whole set?

I am a little confused as what you are trying to do.

If you select the explorer view you can cut or copy whole folders or
groups of files. I find it best to have two explorer windows open side
by side.

The one where I am taking files  from and then the one where I am placing
files.

Then it is a case of Control C to copy - select the destination and
Control V

This is the easiest way. You are right.
So dumb of me not to have thought of this earlier.
Thanks.

But, the sub-folders are not visible in the 'All documents' mode. These
are visible only in the 'Explorer ...' mode.
