Uploading pdf files via web folders

I tried uploading a pdf file into a WSS site using the web folder. Unfortunately I noticed that I could not see the document libraries if I am uploading the pdf file, but works just fine if it is a word, Excel, Power point, text files etc.

If you are using IE7 I bugged about this. They said it is either fixed in B2TR or in IE7 Beta 3, I don't remember which.
