Uploading a large file (27K)

Asked By: Mackenzie    Date: Mar 01    Category: MOSS    Views: 1145

I have a larger file (27K) that I am trying to upload across an
internal network to a MOSS 07 document library. I know the upload file
size is set to 50MB. I am getting an "Unknow Error" on the SharePoint
page after it tries to upload the document.

What can be changed/modified upon the network that will allow this
upload - something in IIS... not sure.

sharepoint.aspx Might help as well.

Did you go out to Sharepoint Management and look at the max file  size?
The default is 50K but it might have been configued for 20K.

The default is 50 Megabytes, not 50 Kilobytes. 20 Kilobytes should be
no big deal at all.

The file  size is set  to 50MB - I checked it.

I was not thinking when I said that. But I was blowing
out with less then 50 loading pdf's from code that were smaller then
50, so I maxed it out and now am fine.
