Upload Multiple Documents not visible

the ability to "Upload Multiple Documents". He is having office
2007/Win XP, and as per instruction he clreared cache also, but still
he is not able to see "Upload Multiple Documents". He also installed
sharepoint support from Office Installer. However from different
machine he is able to see "Upload Multiple Documents" options.

FYI user is using FBA.

Can anyone suggest what else I need to check?

It could be that the browser is blocking the file upload control.
Check what zone in the browser the SharePoint site is in, and try
putting it in Trusted Sites or the Intranet Zone if it is in the
Internet Zone.

I do not believe that the "Uploading Multiple Documents" is available
under FBA. As always, I could be wrong. But that ability is lost in
the 2 FBA sites that I have configured.

To upload multiple document you must install Office 2007 and click on the last
Option to install extra features , but if you installed Office just word & Excel
this wont work , and i think if u installed Office 2007 on the Server , this
will end this problem.
