I would like to upload multiple documents and I have designed
additional columns that require data. When I upload one document, its
fine. All of the fields are filled in. When I use the multiple
upload feature, all of the files are considered one record and the
required data is missing and has to be manually input later.
Is there someway to break out these files so that they appear as there
own record? For example, I uploaded 101 files but they appear under
one document number which has a default of the number of files,
something like this: (101). The document number is unavailable.
Also, is there a way to copy documents and lists from another site to
share?
I believe cross-sites, the sites are related in some way. When I click
on the link to manage sites and workspaces there are none available
under this site. Yet I have created about 6. But I would like to be
able to search all sites and have the documents and list available to
this other site.
