Update files in System\Forms

I have done some modification in PubForm.asp file.
This file is in the System\Forms folder, and like everybody , i
can't
upload this file.

I have seen that i can use the M:\ substitution drive.
I do the substitution, I look in the M: drive, i can see the
PubForm.asp
file, but i can't update it.
I have try to stop Sharepoint Service but the file is all the time
lock by
something.

So what can i do to replace this file ?

Map the web folder  as:

http://servername/public where servername is the name of your sps
