Undelete tool

I have got a problem with running the undelete tool script on my server.
I run the script like this: SetUndelete.cmd "http://sps1/spstest/documents/" 10
/r
and the response I get is, Property set successfully for 1 folder(s).
Under Documents there are 42 folders and sub folders.
Please help me, this is very frustrating because I have done this before with
success.

I am trying to install this tool, but I get the following error:

Error updating the field
Error Number : -2141913028(0x8055003C)
Error Description :
Error Source : Microsoft OLE DB Provider For Exchange

I am running sps over ssl.
